Come celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Prairie Rivers Network, Champaign-Urbana's dynamic healthy rivers advocacy organization! There's a full slate of activities all afternoon. I'll be reading selections from AFTER THE DAM as part of the presentation "River of Hope: Save a Place. Change Your Life," starting at 3 p.m. in the Allerton Music Barn. Jane Addams Book Shop will be selling books. 

Poet Gale Walden and I will read selections from our books and talk about poetry, prose, and process. 

I'll read and sign copies of After the Dam with a group of fabulous authors (TBA) at Book Passage in Corte Madera, California. 

Poet Teri Grimm and I will be reading together as part of Georgia College's Visiting Writers' Series. Georgia College is located in Milledgeville, Georgia, home of Flannery O'Connor.
